Hello from South Carolina!

Hi, I'm Jennifer from South Carolina! I've been lurking for a little while, but thought I'd introduce myself. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jimmy, of ten years. (Most days he's wonderful! ) We have two energetic children. Gracie is 20 months and Alston is 13 months. For those of you that are doing the math, they are seven months and two days a part. Yea, not possible! After many unsuccessful infertility treatments, we adopted Gracie at birth. The day she turned one month old, we found out we were two months pregnant. At first it was overwhelming, but now it is nonstop fun...for the most part. During this past year, going from a full time teacher, to a stay at home mom, I needed things to do. I found Bzzagent in January of this year and have been bzzing ever since. I'm a tier 3 right now, but really close to a 4. I was so excited when I found this awesome message board. I check here several times a day to stay in the loop of what's going on. Thank you for all of your hard work for making this message board possible. You are awesome! I hope you all have a great evening, and I look forward to hearing more great things that you have to post!

Hi! I've seen you lurking around here! I'm glad you've been enjoying the board and I hope you'll continue posting. The only one that bites around here is chelle and she's had her rabies shot!

Welcome, jenn! Wow, I bet sometimes it IS overwhelming with two kids that close in age. I have four kids, but there's a big difference in their ages. The older two (14 and 11) are old enough to help out a lot with the younger two (3 and 20 months). I'm glad you found something to do that's just for you. To me, that's what's hardest about being a mom. It tends to consume all aspects of your life, LOL.

Welcome! I have a 4 yr old and a 10 month old. I just started watching a 16 month old. What a difference having 2 that close together is! I'm worn out, lol. You have my admiration!

Hi Jenn! I think your family situation is somewhat awesome! Those are two lucky youngsters to be so close in age. Congratulations on finally conceiving, though. I can only imagine the looks on your faces when you found that out. Oh, I love your children's names, too.

I am in Concord. Hiding this weekend to avoid the race mania. lol. Wish I were at the beach!

Thank you for making me feel so welcome! We live about 2 1/2 hours from the beach...I too wish I were there this weekend! Instead, we have been playing outside in the sandbox!

Now that sounds like fun! I'll trade in my 2 crazy mutts for a sandbox Any takers? They've been going crazy since the neighbor started cutting the grass a while ago. He found a long black snake too - ick!

Yuck...no snakes, please! The neighbors cats love to hang out in our yard so I'm hoping they keep them away! My dogs are scared of their own shadows. So, we can forget them finding anything!

Thank you, Tara! Your little one is precious, too! They are a mess! Alston, my 13 month old cracked me up today. I handed him a teddy gram and he said, tank you. So cute...touched my heart!
