Reality Show: From Gs to Gent

Does anybody watch the reality show From Gs to Gent on MTV?
It is a funny show, the concept is to turn a ganster into a gentleman. It is hosted by Fonzeworth Bently, and Jamie Foxx is one of the show's creators.

I like my reality shows, but there are so many of them that I have to pick and choose. I haven't come across this one.

Did anyone catch I Survived A Japanese Game Show?
My whole family was rolling on the floor. These people went in knowing they were going to be on a reality type show but had no idea what they were in for. It will never work again now that the word is out, but these people met at the airport, were put on a bus, then the bus simply drove them to another terminal at the airport and they flew to Japan. They were blindfolded and when the blindfolds were taken off they were on the set of the gameshow with the audience screaming. Priceless.

I don't watch anything on MTV, my daughter does, but I don't. I LOVE most of the reality shows though!

MTV, IMO, has gone down hill on the reality shows. Real World used to be cool, but now it is just about them clubbing and who slept with who. I can put on General Hospital or One Life to Live for that. i was disgusted with the Tila and the italian guy's shows (can't remember his name) and refused to watch this G's to Gents show.

But I am a sucker for most of the VH1 reality shows. I loved Surreal Life, Rock of Love (3 probably out next year! They just had tryouts in Chicago a couple weeks ago!) and Hogan Knows Best. I saw some of the Pick up Artist cause the guy that ended up winning looked EXACTLY like one of my friends.

I watched E's Keeping up with the Kardashians, Sunset Tan and some of the Girls Next Door, but as much of a Lindsay fan I am, could not bring myself to watch the Lohan show. Nor the Denise richards one. I refuse to watch Pam's show.

I love, love, love the Bad Girls Club on Oxygen. And I think the Tori and Dean show is cute. Janice cracks me up.

I love America's Next Top Model. Watched only the first season of Survivor, and half a season of Amazing Race.

I am a glutton for reality shows (anyone remember Temptation Island? I loved Mandi, she was so cool) and try and watch as much as i can. I wish I had the Fox Reality Channel.

The only reality show I watch is Project Runway, mostly because I like to make things and it's kind of fun to imagine what I would try to make in each of the challenges.

The only ones I watch are Survivor, Amazing race, and deadliest catch.

I Survivor. forgot to say that.

Survivor, Big Brother (which is on now... let's get rid of Ollie!), and the dancing and America's Got Talent.

Just got basic cable.

arh... I forgot about Big Brother also! I need to catch up online since I missed the last 2 episodes..

Oh Erin! I forgot about Deadliest Catch and Dirty Jobs! I don't watch them every week but I do enjoy them. And Mythbusters. Not that you'd call that reality, LOL!

I admit to watching America's Next Top Model because I like the cat fights. I used to like Miami Ink, but I'm tired of all the sob stories on there now. There's a couple on HGTV that I really like -- Holmes on Homes, Location, Location, Flipping Out (I think that's the one with Jeff Lewis) because the guy is so disfunctional it's funny, and The Property Shop.

Does Do You Think You Can Dance,American Idol, and America's Got Talent count as reality shows? If so, love and watch them all (okay, don't love AI, but do enjoy and watch)

They may be in a category all their own. Talent Search, maybe.

LOVE Project Runway!
I was responsible for a game at my niece's bridal shower so we played Project Runway. The Ladies had so much fun! Each team was given a paper bag containing 4 rolls of TP, a small pad of paper and pen, some scotch tape and some dental floss. One person was chosen to be the team's model and the rest of the team created a wedding gown on her. We saw some real ingenuity! One team had a very slim bride, and she slipped the bag over her hips so she had the basis of a skirt. They used the pad of paper and folded sheets into shapes that they taped along the hem of the skirt. There were bouquets, veils, what a riot! My niece walked around giving advice and doing a pretty good Tim imitation. When time was called we had the runway show, and some of those brides really worked it.

sshhh.. don't tell Tim, but I kinda got a weird crush on Mike Rowe. Not sure why, maybe it's his personality on the show and how he gets down and dirty.

Oh man, me too! But I keep thinking the worst job ever has got to be HIS job, because he doesn't ever get used to it. It's always a fresh hell.
