Ones to take note - the fountain is just about gone, will be gone tonight or tomorrow. There's a picture of docks, yesterday there were 2 signs today there's only one.

Wow. That is a huge flat area to flood. My head is spinning trying to figure out the volume of water it would take to flood it that much.

That doesn't look so good..

It's still going up. They are saying we'll crest on Wed Night/Thurs Morning.

Yeah, it's the Mississippi. I hope it all stops soon, and hopefully you get no more rain!

The kids and I are going to go take another quick round of pics.

They've moved the crest day to Thursday. People I chatted with last night have started getting water in today. Please send them some positive thoughts.

Pictures from today look like Sunday's. We're had several levee's break up the river from us. It's sad to know we're getting a little relief because of others getting devastation.

We're now predicting a foot higher than '93. '93 is when it was last covered nationally. They are having some major issues with gawkers. They are moving the road blocks to go through and the police are now ticketing people for going around them. I've been going around one to take pictures of the poles so I don't know how long I can keep doing that......

I saw on the news this morning, that the cops had to draw guns and arrest one guy.

i am hoping that this all ends. This is just too much. And to think that there is more rain on the way! I know I am due for a small storm tonite, and then this weekend is nothing but rain.

I hope that the rain just goes away quick and does not cause anymore damage to anyone else's homes.

My prayers are with everyone and thier safety.

Levee's are breaking like mad right now.

I'm glad I'm as high up as I am.

Unable to post the actual video, but I just found out that the town next to mine, is a lot worse than I thought. That video will show what is going on just 3 miles from my home.

I knew something happened, I just didn't realize how close it was to home.
