A Note About Darby

Hey everyone. As you all know, I don't take suspending someone's posting rights lightly. However, as patient as the mods and I have tried to be I feel it's best to suspend Darby's right to post here due to her bashing our members on both sides of the debate. She was given fair warning in a previous post on this board and it has become obvious that she is not interested in becoming a contributing member of this community.

Thank you, I for one do not appreciate being called names just because I got spyware from a site. ( Keyloggers ARE spyware!)
I don't do drama, and yelling, and all that, so I am glad.

For what little my opinion is worth, I think you did the right thing. She seemed to be a little mentally unhinged. I couldn't understand a lot of what she was trying to say because of all the typos, and the rest was frothing at the mouth yelling.

I appreciate the support from both of you. I really don't take banning lightly, but she she had already been warned!

I think you did the right thing too. I was getting really uncomfortable with the things she kept posting.

Rebecca, I was not here this morning while she was posting, but I would have done the same thing. On most message boards, she would have been banned after the posts two days ago. We gave her time to calm down and asked her to reconsider her posts, giving her the opportunity to edit them herself. But she chose to continue yelling and insulting members. That is not your fault. It's hers. So let's move on.

I am going to see if I can download some Bob Marley for the party Tuesday!

I hate to keep the darby train rollin, but did you see her post on the beelog? The woman really is clueless. and border line obsessed.

I bet you guys can check users against IPs huh? I bet 50 mypoints that she will sign up under a different name.

Well I hope that the mods here and everyone for that matter realize that poster will likely use the banning as a way to make the board look bad....Don't take the vemon to heart..you do a wonderful job at allowing many different opinions without the name calling and verbal abuse to other members of this site..its a pity some don't realize another's right to a different opinion..

We had discussed the fact that banning her might make her more angry, but in all honesty, she was already so angry that it seemed pointless. Let her write what she likes on the BeeLog or where ever else she goes. What's more important is that our members have a place to come and talk without fear of being attacked. We don't need to have won, we need to have fun, LOL.

I have always heard of Darby being a woman's name, but I could be wrong. She never corrected me when I said "she".

See I thought Darby was a guy because the anger WASN'T pent up, it was being strowed all over the board.

Just a quick reminder, I know you're all joking now, but since she can't post to defend herself, be careful not to go to far.

All I can say is wow and thank you for keep the board positive. I would had for it to become like the beelog where one person continually picks one specific people.
