Glad to hear an IT is using Spybot... I'm not an IT, but also use it. I do an update and scan about every 4 days. Since signing up with MyPoints, clicking on a few things, each of my scans have come back "congratulations, no serious threats found"

I'm an IT and security specialist. I use CA Enterprise and Defender. Both noted for NO FALSE POSITIVES.

AdAware, Spybot, and Norton are rated VERY low for detecting FALSE Positives and MacAfeee is a Virus unto itself.

Silly claims of TWO HOURS to load the page - might want to get your computer analyzed by a REAL Security Specialist to get rid of REAL Spyware that is obviously lagging you down. It takes me 10 seconds to load, yes, a little long but MSN also takes that long and it's my home page.

darby, unless you are on dial up you dont realize how long it takes to load something.

I connect at 24.6 and it DOES take me 8 minutes to load the page. That is a fact.

Now, Please stop with the obnoxious behavior yourself.

confused-i thank people where thanking is due. it is not fence jumping. i am on NO ONES side. i enjoy people at the other site, i enjoy some people here. some people i dont care for i can still appreciate a thoughtful response from. i am capable of giving credit where credit is due even with those i dont agree with. as for original thoughts? hmmm? i think i can manage . i would ask you for help...........but you cannot even post in your own name ? ah well. better luck next time!!

Why do we just have to play on one side of the fence? I personally like to play on one side on Mon, Wed, and ay.Frid and the other on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Sunday I just walk the line between the two. Why can't people understand what it is really like here. We all speak our minds and yet we still can remain friends with no hard feelings. I still say there are a few who live just to cause turmoil and strife for others and the best way to deal with them is just to ignore that kind of behavior we are seeing on the Log.

i know i know, i need to hit the ignore key in my brain..............but something draws me back. maybe the lack of drama in my everyday life? LOL

Its so much easier LOL cause I dont keep my mouth shut. I have to restrain myself here ALL The time. there are sometimes I want to turn over my mod had and just wade right in. BUT I refrain Its teaching me alot. I didnt know I had restraint.

I read today's post just now through the RSS feed. That way I don't see the comments. I just don't have the energy to deal with that today, you know?

That's a good idea Rachel. I usually read them when someone cuts and pastes them over here.

I just stopped going all together...except last night when I did a specific search on someones comments but gave up because it was taking toooooo much time. Its just better to stay away!
