Re: FRIDA
It's probably one of the better horror movies I've seen in a longggg time Athena. The first 10 mintues, I was like, "this is nothing"... It was more comical since it was a spoof of the "Ghost Hunter" reality show. Then it totally changed on me.
I say...totally worth a RedBox rent!

My brother invited me over to see Pirahna last night, a 2010 version.I have to ask him if he has it .He and I have seen almost every horror movie in existence, and he has an unbelievable dvd collection.I tried to remember the name of the movie you said but my brain wasn't working at that time lol I'll ask him today!

Re: FRIDA
Thank you! I'm going to write Grave Encounters down for when the hubster takes his golf trip to FL. I could not get anyone to go with me to see Paranormal Activity 3, and that will be out on DVD by the time he leaves, too.

Re: FRIDA
PA 3 was good. Same storyline .... but definitely interesting because it does lead up to PA1 and PA2.... just backward in the way it was released. Like PA3 did a good job explaining how things that unfolded in PA1 and PA2.
Pirahna... save yourself 1.5 hrs. It was a typical "fun/that was bogus" movie line. Not anywhere near as good as Jaws ... except with pirahnas and not a shark.
No one wants to see The Devil Inside Me with me. =(

Re: FRIDA
I didn't like the Devil Inside, probably because I'm a hard-core horror fan. And yes the pirahna movie was silly, disgusting and funny at the same time,no scare there

Re: FRIDA
Yes!! HAAHA. My hubby said...well, guess it won't be a beach thriller/horror-ish if there's no scandalously clad women.
And burping out the penis was all too haha moment!

Re: FRIDA
There were a few I saw:
1. The Task
2. Fertile Groung (just okay...)
3. Insidious (just okay)
4. The Descent 1 and 2 (a little older...2005 ish)
all are horror movies... The one I like best was Grave Encounters.

Re: FRIDA
I just watched Paranormal Activity 3 and thought it was really good and scary! My Redbox didn't have Grave Encounters, so maybe I'll try Family Video.
As far as The Descent - I highly recommend the BOOK! It IS crazy!!!!! And nothing like the movies (I don't think - I only saw the first movie).
