This recipe is in the current issue of Bon Appetit. I swear - this is hands down the best coleslaw I've ever had!

1/2 C. mayo (I used light)
1/2 C. sour cream (I used Light)
3 T. or more fresh lime juice
1.5 tsp. finely grated lime peel
1 serrano chile, seeded & minced
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/3 C. chopped fresh cilantro
8 C. thinly sliced green cabbage
4 green onions, minced

Whisk mayo, sour cream, lime juice, lime peel, chile, and garlic in a large bowl.
Stir in Cilantro
Add cabbage and green onions and toss to incorporate evenly. Season with salt and pepper, cover and chill for 1 hour.

I did not add any salt and felt it was perfect. I also did not chill for an hour, we ate it right away.
