My friend turned 40 today, I had the local florist send her an absolutely stunning Asiatic Lily....and I filled out the wrong card, the one the guy handed me said" WITH DEEPEST SYMPATHY" at the top. I did not notice this, my friend did....she has a sense of humor thank goodness.

I had to go to the Funeral home and retrieve the card that SHOULD have been on the plant I sent, it said Happy Birthday, OMG you are fing 40!!!

Their screw up, not mine.....I was glad dh mentioned the plant, before my besties mom got the card.......and I am glad my friend has a sense of humor.

Whoa! That would have been a strange card for a funeral. Glad you got there in time. And I think the sympathy card for turning 40 is just perfect.
