Choir Contest

Bnut had Choir Contest today, solo and duet
She scored 3 ones on Solo's and a 1 on a duet, I am so proud....She was really REALLY nervous about hitting the high notes in Only Hope,and Ave Maria in front of a crowd, so she turned her back, and hit them perfectly. The judges said she has an "oddly wide range for an 11yo". She might just get that scholarship she is shooting for, to the HSPVA, ( Houston high school for the perforning and visual arts.....hope they have a softball program also....LOL
1/" Edge of Seventeen/Stevie Nicks/Solo
Ave Maria: 1/Solo /Bocelli
1/only hope/mandy moore/solo
She and her friend scored a 1 on their Duet, On the wings of a snow white dove....

I dunno, she has some weird idea suddenly that she wants to go there. I think the choir teacher went there, and talks endlessly about it...
