If I saw that not knowing what it is it would be screaming scam to me.
Sounds like they are getting pretty desperate if they are now lumping themselves in the freebie category. Sad really.

I think it is chicken Sh!t, let some of the existing agents have campaign before offering them to people like that!

I did. However, mine came through LouLou Magazine not Hello. Possibly all divisions of Rogers?
