I am SOOOO going to hell.

I don't know, the other day on Top Chef they were working in a kitchen where the freezers were failing and one of the chefs was making a frozen dessert. He filled a huge bowl with ice and put his concoction in another bowl inside of it so it was in an ice bath. Maybe you could put ice in a bowl and lay the cake on top of it and it'll stay cold enough. Just a thought.

Here, outside = instant freezer. I just set things outside in the screen porch so the critters can't get at it. Although they could if they really tried.

I was having issues with the puter today, had an hour to finish the writing and then get them on here before I had to leave. spent an hour and 15 minutes TRYING to do it. was almost late to my appt for my taxes.

can I say that I HATE lousianna's 55 MPH speed limit. I got there 3 minutes late. cause I had only got to drive 80 while in Texas...

Okay. Here it is. and I am not happy with it. But its not that awful bad. I just had issues with the icing not wanting to harden.

THEN, I screwed up on the lttering. its crooked.

I will do better. and I have decided tomake my own buttercream icing next time.

I cheated on the writing. I did practice it with wax paper and the paper underneath, and got really good at it. But, since I couldnt harden the icing up on the cake enough, I couldnt do it like that. I also had the plan to cut out a stencil (which I did) and lay it on top and write inside. Again, I couldnt lay anything down on the cake, it would pull up the icing.

SO, I cut out the hardest letters, then laid them down, and wrote on top of them. Just the coca cola part, as you can tell the 'classic' and '58 years' was done by hand with no help... ROLFMAO
