Amazon Holiday Voting - Give it a try

I always do this, and I spam my friends and family so they have a chance to try for this, too.

Amazon has been having this fun, crazy, special holiday pricing promotion for a few years now. What it is is a CHANCE to be able to purchase specific products at a crazy low price. Chances are low that you'll be able to purchase these special items at their promotional prices because

1. You need to VOTE for the winning product
2. Your name has to be CHOSEN to have a chance to purchase
3. You need to log in and snag one before they're all gone, because more names are chosen than products are available.

There are 6 categories, 3 items to choose from in each category. If you don't vote for the winning item you will not have the chance to be chosen to purchase. Me too, Dawn! I'd go for the 46" tv, too. I'm drooling over it. Heck, even the Night Vision goggles would be cool! And my son has a GPS on his Christmas Wish List at Amazon.

I didn't vote for the TV because we just bought a 50" a couple months ago (plus I didn't think they would ship that to Canada). I didn't read about the night vision goggles, so I voted for something else! They would have been cool. I live surrounded by woods, so it would have been nice to take a peek around outside before I ventured out after dark to make sure no wild animals are lurking around.
