It's Fall! Thought I'd share.....

The leaves are changing. I took a pic of the Sugar Maple across the road (and yes that is my mailbox lol).
The last pic if you look in the back you will see a hardwood ridge in the back with the trees all different colors. It was overcast today, but you should see it when the sun is shining, it looks like the woods are on fire ...

Our trees aren't turning yet, but we had our first fire in the wood stove last night.

I have pine trees and just a few oaks and such. not much changes.

Our reds here, like the maples, are just gorgeous now. As is the poison ivy. Not sure, but I went to a Geocaching event last Saturday and I may have it on my ankles. They really itch!

I've had poison ivy all summer, it would clear up in one spot and come on another. I think it was/is the cat. Evil thing, I should know better when it wants on my lap or rubs on my legs, I bet it does it on purpose.

We don't have fall here But I do get to see it sometimes when I get to Toronto in the fall. I miss it.

Beachy, I just took a photo of downtown Toronto out my westward facing window here but have no idea how to post it for you! LOL There is not much in the way of colour change here so far!

Muggins, go to a photo sharing site online. Photobucket is free and easy to use, but there are lots. Create a free account then there should be a big button that says upload photos. Click it and it will let you choose photo files on your computer to upload (with a little thumbnail preview so you know you have the right ones). Once you upload the photos you want to show, go to the "your account" so you can see the thumbnails of all the images you uploaded. Beside each one should list a direct link. Copy the link you want to post, then come back here. Right up above where you write replies here are a bunch of buttons. The 7th button from the left is the Image button. Click it, paste the link to your photo and hit OK.

If you have any problems let one of the mods know and we'll try to figure it out for you.
