with the Dr's office in Portland with instructions for prep. We have to get down to Portland and in the hotel by 3 at the latest because she needs to take a whole honkin' bottle of Miralax followed by a Dulcolax pill and I don't wanna get caught in the car with her after her taking that stuff lol. Haven't heard back about the Ronald Mc DOnald house or gas help, and we had to book a hotel room cause I didnt' want to get stuck last minute with no place to stay. On the bright side, we were able to get a hotel room at Motel 6 right in Portland for $59.00 a night, compared to $120 and up a night for every other hotel in Portland I figure we got a good deal.

How does Wynonna feel about it, Kelly? Is she nervous? I'm really hoping they figure out what's wrong with her digestion this time.

She's not nervous about getting the colonoscopy done, this will be her third one (she's a pro ) She's just nervous at what they will see/find when they get in there (and so am I)

no, we are leaving early Monday morning, it takes about 6 hours to get there from here. We have to be at the hotel by 3 at the latest and then the following morning be at the Endoscopy unit at Maine Medical by 8:30 am.

6 hours! OMG! That is a long trip. How long will you have to stay there?

Won't know yet, it will depend on what the results are. If you look on a map, I am where Caribou is up in Aroostook County, about 5 min from Canada. Portland is at the other end of the state. Depending on how fast you drive you can get there in 5 1/2 to 6 hours.
