I'm so silly

I have an atomic clock. If you don't have one, it's time is set from Colorado (on the west coast) and everything is automatic. Never have to set it after it picks up the time from the central point.

Anyway, it shows the time (of course), date, temperature inside and out, the moon phase, the day and the date. On Monday the day said "mon". Bear with me...

On Tuesday it said "DIE".

Dang! That's too much technology for me.

On Wednesday, today, it says "MIT". What the heck is that?

I go online and put in a tech support email. The answer was I had reset the language and those were the abbreviations the days in German.

Whew...

Chelle, the helmet is gone. Can't have all that spinning and not have Houston! It was getting on my nerves anyway, lol.

I was mesmerized by the helmet today, too. I was thinking that some NHL goalie helmets would be sweet.

It sounds like you have it set to German instead of English.
Oops, just realized you wrote that at the bottom lol. Those clocks are great though. My hubby has one and loves it.

Even though I speak German I probably wouldn't have clued in to that either!

I guess I would have just changed the battery if it hadn't said DIE. I watch a lot of Twilight Zone and my imagination kind of ran away with me... Since I found out it wasn't a demon clock, I haven't changed the settings yet. Today it says DON. Think I'll set it to read in French. That'll be fun.
