Hey all! Just wanted to post a few pics of what I have experienced this afternoon. We got a freak hail storm and I took some pics from my door. It was very scary and there are more storms to come.

Wow that is an impressive amount of hail!! Yikes likely there was a tornado attempting to form somewhere near you...were you under a Tornado warning??

That's just freaky. I hate storms, especially tornado storms.

Yikes! I hate hail! I was actually driving down the 401 around Guelph and got stuck in a hail storm so bad I could hardly see the front of the wheelchair van I was driving. Luckily I had already dropped off the clients I had been taking up to camp. All I could do was stop the van and hope that everyone else had stopped and that we didn't all end up in a pile up.
I know there's more weather headed my way, hope we don't send it to you!

I always make drinks on the rocks w/ hailstones. It calms the nerves after the bad storms.

I hope you didn't have any damage! However, you probably should have your roof inspected. Ours is being replaced from hail storms, as are most in our neighborhood. Insurance pays for it, so it's just going through the hassle of it.

Thanks all for the well-wishes. Yes, I think there must have been a tornado around our house. I hate hate HATE tornadoes and severe thunderstorms. I have a slight fear of them and I get scared easily. We actually do not own the house; we rent the downstairs apartment so no need to worry about the roof and so forth. There wasn't any damage that I could see, except that one of my tomato plants got smooshed by a hailstone and so it has lost branches on one side. He looks all lopsided now. LOL! I am hoping that it grows back.

Hey Rebecca, I bet you were in the same storm as me. What do you mean, you always send me the bad weather!!! LOL! So far no more storms for me. How about you???

The weather has been passing just west of me today. I keep seeing the clouds and hearing a little thunder, but so far no storm here yet.
