Hi everyone!

I'm Beachy, from the beautiful, sunny, West Coast of Florida!

Just happened upon you all this morning and joined right up.

I've been a BzzAgent since 2003 .... although I have many times in those years where I've been not as active.

Just recently became more active with BzzAgent again, and am currently in 2 campaigns ...... Aveeno and Back to Nature nuts (oh, and these are GOOD!)

I'm looking forward to hanging out here, and being active again!

I love the way you jumped right in and started contributing.
Looks like you fit right in with all the rest of us "Chatty Cathies"

He lives in Toronto, so that's the only place I've ever been. Well, took a drive out to Kitchner ? and St. somthing or other last trip.

Ah, Kitchener and probably St Jacob's. Mennonite country, right? My husband is from that area so I know it well! I'm about two hours further down the 401.

I wish I had known about it years ago when my step-father was alive. He was Pennsylvania Dutch, he would have loved that place. I can always pass on the smell of sauerkraut though!

Is 2 hours down the 401 mean south and close to the US border ? Although I visit often, I'm still not overly familiar with where everything is. All i DO know is, I don't think I could ever learn to drive in Toronto

I hate driving in Toronto!
I guess the best way to explain it is that if you go from Niagara Falls to Detroit and take the short cut through ON, I would be about half way between the two.

I have been to Kitchner (my hubby went to Laurier for his Masters) and I thought it was so nice there.

Well, we are currently in a heat wave right now. Yesterday it was 94 (we set a new record in TO) with the humidity at 115. It was so bad outside that both myself and my hubby got heat stroke (I work outside and my hubby works in a hot restaurant kitchen with non-working a/c). Today it is 88 and the humidity is 100. YIKES! I'd take a coastline right about now...

I have an irrational fear of getting side-swiped (developed when I was pregnant years ago). All that swerving around cars parked on the streets freaks me out! I love the subway and streetcars. Haven't attempted the buses yet though.

Ack, I heard it was hot there today, but I had no idea. lol

The great thing about Florida is, everything is air conditioned.

Now I see the answer to my previous question as to where you live. Welcome aboard beachy!
