I have a question..

Would completing a couple frogs and doing the polls make my Quality score go down? The reason I ask is that when I logged in to my agent homepage earlier my quality points were 19.8, I completed a couple frogs, poted my opinions and did the polls and went back to my agent homepage and noticed my quality score was 19.7? I know it's only a .1 difference, but just curious as to why.

No. It should not make your Quality Score drop. If you've been an agent for more than a year, your score can change as old campaigns drop out of the average. But if that's not the case, contact BzzAgent and ask them to look into it. They have computer issues and it's not uncommon for them to have a glitch affect your score for a day or two.
