The mini-implaints are titanium posts placed in your jaw that snap onto the denture for better stability and less bone lose in your jaw.

From what I hear, they are WELL worth it.

As for Aspen, well, I have heard good and bad about them. But my experience has been postitve.

They staff new dentist right out of school, it is appealing to new dentists because they do not have to worry about the overhead of setting up their new practice. So they get some good experience at Aspen.

With a new dentist, they are eager to please, and tend to be a bit more careful than a dentist who has been in practice for a million years. They also know all the 'new stuff' coming out in Dental science.

Before you go to Aspen, do some research on the office near you and look at the reputation, some of them have good ones, some of them not so much.

Again, their billing practices are a little...um, questinable, but if you keep on top of them they will fix the problems.

Good luck!!
