Lori, you write Happy Birthday in all caps in the quick reply, then hit preview. When it goes to preview you get more options. Then highlight the whole thing to change the size of the font to 'huge' and highlight one letter at a time to change the colors. It sounds complicated but it only takes a few minutes.
