Here it is, I finished it
I finished my DIY abthroom makeover tonite.....NOW I am starting on the master bath.....I am gonna apint it...brothel red......
here are the pics
Before:
AFter:
I completely gutted it and replaced the tub, tile, drywall, sink, everything....well excpet the toilet, I just gave it new guts. It would have cost me $10 K for a contractor to do it, but my friend and I did it ourselves for just under $1600.

Super job. Replacing a tub is quite an undertaking. Hope you put it at an angle so it drains even after it settles a bit? Would love to get mine redone. My husband is of the technical sort, hate to use my hands anymore, except for typing, type also.

Awesome Erin!!!! The new tile looks great- it doens't look like typical squares....how were those in (cost) comparison to ordinary squares? I like how it looks.
We replaced my tub and sink two years ago.... haven't made any effort to finish the rest of the room yet- that goes for both bathrooms and the kitchen too

Re: Here it is, I finished it
Tara, they were 12X16 squares that we cut in half, so a 2fer. I think they ended up being 79 cents each after we cut them, I got them at a home repair resale shop here, a goodwill place called the "restore".
This morning that pretty blue towel has black handprints, and someone soaped the window.....anyone want some kids? When they finish cleaning .

LMAO Karen!
My ex does maintenance for a living. He never let me try projects, and now I'm scared to, cuz if I screw it up, there's no one to fix it!
