Avatars
Where do you people get these from? Scar - yours are priceless. I just stick to the basic, I am older, not well adjusted to avatars, bzz, and be damn - I live in Canada.

Re: Avatars
I've been saving them for years.
Anytime I see a picture I like I right click and then resize it to avatar size.
I love pinup girls too and I have 100s of pics of Bettie Page and things like that.
My hubby always says I'm a 1/2 bubble off plumb so I'm often afraid that some people may not "get" my sense of humor.
That's one of the things I love about UB most of you also 1/2 bubble off too

Re: Avatars
Mine just fit with the mood I was in after we had a troll here way back in March. Long story short, she accused me of lots of nice things and this av just seemed to fit. Then it became a favourite so I keep going back to it.
Re: Avatars
I love rebecca's because it is Darth Vader and my hunny has recently gotten me into Star Wars. Took some years for me to come around (actually, seeing Episode III did it).
Scarlett's reminds me of Oxygen Channel. I loved seeing what they put up next.
Mine is a picture of my son 10/31/2005-- he was a buzy little bee for his second Halloween. Fitting for this board. Plus, Halloween is my favorite holiday ever. I can't wait for this year. I love having my son pick out his own costume. He did it last year. He wanted to wear it home, even though Halloween was still 2 weeks to go. He was a fireman. =) He looked so cute!

Re: Avatars
Wow, they have toasters that fry eggs on top?
Scar def wins the best avatar (or series there of) award.
The one I'm using now I got from a history of menstruating page (surfing brings you to the oddest places)! It was from a tampon advertisment deades ago. Since I'm a 'worker bee' at the moment, I thought it fit since it has a touch of that soviet propaganda look to it.

Re: Avatars
59pearly---You are rocking the new Avatar! I love it!
I know this sounds crazy, but that's pretty close to what I think you look like in REAL life.
trax...do you want me to make you a John Prine Avatar?
If I posted one Rebecca might be able to put it on your profile for you.
