Dieting? Empty Dieting?

Anyone dieting or thinking about it? I've been watching what I eat for the last few days, and it blows. Truly does! I gained a lot of weight last year in the matter of a few months and I'm trying to just get back to where I was before that.

If anyone else is trying to lose weight, we can support each other here! And if you are not because you don't need to, or are happy with yourself, hats off to you. It's about being comfortable in your own skin, not living up to another's standards. Smile

This site is helpful for keeping track of what you eat and even for giving an analysis so you can cut back on things that you shouldn't eat so much of. I could definately stand to lose a few pounds and find that entering the foods I eat into the system helps keep me honest.

Yeah, I love that site. The tools are great and the forums are pretty motivating. I'm just bad at logging in my calories -- no fun!

I have the same problem. I did great with it the first month, then sort of tapered off...

I have the opposite problem, I cannot gain weight. Honestly, for those that carry extra pounds it is a benefit. When a virus sets in you have something to fight it with, I do not. I actually purchase industrial whipped cream and eat it straight, a big spatula filled scoop of it. Being overweight or underweight is not fun. However, I am not a beauty queen and have been very strong minded in stating; here I am - what you see is what you get. I am too young to be where I am going and I am too old to go back again.
