WTF??

I signed up for a site talked about in one of the Unnbzzed and Unendorsed topics. Sounded good, have no problem with that. I had set up a seperate e-mail addy to keep my main e-mail from getting filled up with stuff because that is the e-mail I use for friends/family/etc. I completed some offers yada yada. Next thing I know I am getting an e-mail from My Points in the new e-mail saying "Thank you for signing up for MyPoints!" I NEVER signed up for them. None of the offers I completed mentioned anything about My Points at all. I am ticked, hopefully this doesn't screw up my Lowes card getting sent to me since I alreadyhad a my points accnt on my main e-mail address that I signed up for due to Shaloha. Grrrr...

Thats why I dont do offer sites. PERIOD. I even talk about them on my website.

And thats part of the reason I never would do mypoints. They are a spam and offer site just like all the rest.

Well I just went on MyPoints and cancelled that account, I just wonder how they can get away with getting someone to sign up for them when there was nothing at all with MyPoints on it or anything saying by doing this you will be signing up for mypoints. They're not gonna be on my Christmas card list that's for sure.

Because somewhere in the terms of agreement is a part that says how they use your information and who their partners are. It may even say who they REALLY are.
