Trouble setting up MyPoints Account?

So, I unhappily told them to change my bzz points to My Points, and the screen said I'd get an e-mail to set up the MyPoints account. That was several hours ago, and no e-mail. It didn't go to spam, either. Anyone else having this problem?
If I just go into MyPoints and set up an account with the same e-mail address I gave BzzAgent, do you think the points will still automatically transfer in?
This is a mess...

Just heard back from the Hive. If your having this problem also, they said to e-mail mypoints customer service. Once we've transfered our bzz points to My Points, we have to contact them separately.
I have a feeling this could take awhile...
