A couple of my fav recipes Empty A couple of my fav recipes

Thought I'd share a few of my all time favourite recipes. These are courtesy of Delia Smith and I first made them both while living in the UK in the early 90's. Both are great to serve when company comes and usually always receive great compliments.

I've got a couple of her cook books and there are a lot of really scrummy recipes in them!

The Spaghetti alla Carbonara sounds good! I thought the chicken basque sounded good until I got to the part about the olives. I don't do olives A couple of my fav recipes 26377

Oh Rebecca! I never ate olives either until I had my first Greek salad with black Kalamata olives! They are so yummy and taste nothing at all like horrible green olives (which my mother absolutely loves). Many of the black olives have a much milder taste and don't make your lips pucker and your eyes cross when you eat them! What a Face Shocked Laughing

You could always make the dish without the olives, or use the olives and give them all to hubby! Twisted Evil
